Jon - Office Manager

Jon is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal School of Business with a degree in Finance and over 25 years of Business Development and Customer Service related work experience. While organizational improvements and great customer experiences are things that bring a smile to his face, what he enjoys the most is witnessing first-hand the positive impact that the treatment plans implemented by Dr. Phillips have in our patients lives. Watching pain be replaced by smiles is a wonderful thing to be a part of!

Becky - Patient Coordinator

Becky is a native Texan who has been in the dental field for over 15 years. She is currently one of our valued clinical assistants, and has also helped patients file with insurance and served as the treatment plan coordinator. Although her career in the dental field is vast, she feels the highlight of her career has been her time served here. The joy that she gets from the healing our practice provides for our patient is second to none. She is a very caring, energetic Wife and Mother of 4 beautiful girls. When she isn’t seeing patients you can find her at a game cheering one of her daughters on or spending time with her precious grandson.

Stephanie - RDA

Stephanie has been a RDA for 7 years, getting to know her patients is always her priority. Stephanie is truly passionate about patient care and giving them a high class quality experience at every appointment. 

On her free time she loves spending time with her 3 kids and husband. She enjoys shopping and having manis & pedis with her daughter, she also loves watching her sons play sports. Stephanie enjoys having small family gatherings.

Tracy - Benefit & Treatment Coordinator

Tracy has been a Benefit & Treatment Coordinator for the past 6 years. Her passion is helping patients get the treatment and care that is needed. Tracy works very hard with the insurance companies to maximize patient’s benefits and help patients navigate through insurance policies. Tracy also works at the front desk checking in patients. She loves talking with patients and assisting them with anything they need. 
Tracy has been married for 23 years and has one son. Her hobbies are reading suspense novels, doing bible studies and loves animals. Tracy also enjoys traveling & supporting her son who rodeos.

Amber - Patient Coordinator

Amber was born and raised in Texas. After graduating high school, she went into dental assisting school. After being in pediatrics and general dentistry, she wanted to find something new and more hands on. She enjoys helping patients find a solution to their life long problems. During her spare time outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors and attending sporting events.

April - Patient Coordinator

April is a born and raised Texan. She has been a registered dental assistant since 2006. She has experience in all areas of the dental field, but especially loves helping those patients who have been unable to find relief with other non specialist providers. April is truly passionate about patient care. Her goal is to help and comfort patients through all steps of treatment and rehabilitation. Her favorite part of being a dental assistant is being an encouraging and supportive advocate for the patients of our practice. April is married and has two boys. When she is not at work she enjoys spending her free time with her family, mostly camping or cheering on her son at his baseball tournaments.
